Chip Jacob is a serial entrepreneur driving innovative biomedical technologies from concept to clinic. He previously founded and led three start-up companies including Calcionics Corporation, a spin out of University of Washington Bioengineering developing cardiovascular therapeutics, Sangretech Biomedical LLC, a developer of autologous cancer vaccines, and Electra, Inc., a software distributor.




Dan Wilds is a senior healthcare executive with more than 40 years of industry experience.  He has served as Chairman, CEO, and/or President, and as a member of the Board of Directors at several publicly traded biomedical companies developing novel diagnostics, therapeutics, and consumer OTC products. He has successfully directed products through Phase I, II, and III clinical trials, registration, licensing, partnerships, and commercialization.  Earlier in his career he was employed for ~24 years as a corporate executive and divisional President at Baxter International.

Jim Johnston is a corporate attorney representing entrepreneurs deploying disruptive technologies.  He has practiced as both a Certified Public Accountant and a lawyer.  His practice includes M&A advisory, IP licensing, public and private debt and equity offerings, and VC investments.  He was formerly a partner at the law firm of Lane Powell. His biotech experience includes serving as CFO of Nura, Inc. when it was acquired by Omeros, and as Executive Vice President, CFO, and General Counsel of Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc.
